The best way to find out the status of your order is to visit our order tracking page HERE. All you have to do is enter your order number and your email address, and the system will display the progress and status of your order in real-time.
Depending on what items you purchase (and which of our warehouses it's coming from), your order will be processed and shipped out within just a few days. The exact processing times also vary depending on our current order volumes.
We will send you an automated shipment notification as soon as your order is sent out, so keep an eye on your email inbox (and make sure that incoming messages from 'firstname.lastname@example.org' aren't going into your spam folder!)
Due to the large order volumes during busy periods, it sometimes might take a bit longer to process your order, so please be patient and we promise it will be worth it!
For the majority of our products, your shipping rate is calculated during checkout, based on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart. The calculations are plugged in directly with the shipping services like USPS, Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, etc. and you pay exactly what the shipping service charges (and we don't mark it up).
For some products, we offer flat rate shipping, or even free shipping for certain destination countries. These special shipping rates are marked in the individual product descriptions of those particular products.

Most of the items we sell ship with tracking service, and so we generally provide you with your order tracking info as soon as your order has shipped. But before you email us requesting the tracking info for your order, please first check your inbox to see if you have already received an automated shipment notification email from us (from info@peachyhats specifically), which will, in most cases, already provide you with your tracking info, along with a direct link to your package tracking. Alternatively, you can check our order tracking page HERE. All you have to do is enter your order number and your email address, and if your order has tracking, the system will display the progress and status of your order in real-time.
If you have just finished placing your order and we have not yet shipped it out because we are still processing your order, then tracking info does not yet exist for your shipment... but rest assured, your tracking number will be generated soon, at which point you will receive an automated shipment notification email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipment confirmation and relevant details.
* NOTE: Some select items ship via carriers or services that unfortunately don't offer tracking. In those cases, we are at the mercy of your country's postal service, and must simply play the waiting game. In our experience, although these specific service methods can sometimes take a little while to get your item to you, they are always reliable.
Yes, perfectly normal, not to worry. We ship different items from different warehouses, so if you've ordered multiple items, there is a good chance they will arrive to you separately, and perhaps on different days (with different tracking numbers, if applicable). For all items shipped with tracking, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking info once it's shipped.
Please make sure to TRIPLE CHECK your shipping address before you place your order. Your shipping address should have NO typos or errors, as we will ship to whatever address you input into our shopping cart form, and there's no way for us to know whether you entered it correctly or not.
When your order is en-route, it's always a good idea to keep track of your tracking progress. Depending on the size and value of your package, you may need to be home to accept it. More often than not, if you're not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service or carrier will leave a notification at your door asking you to schedule another time for delivery, or asking you to come pick up your package at the local post office.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of placing your order, or if the postal service or carrier attempts to delivery your order without success because you are not available to accept your package and then fail to collect it from your local post office, then the postal service or carrier may record your package as undeliverable. The package will likely then be returned to us, at which point we will need to get in touch with you to determine how to get your order to you, whether that means charging a new shipping fee and re-shipping to a corrected address, or to a different address altogether (or alternatively refunding your order minus your original shipping charge).
All orders are charged in US Dollars, so if you are purchasing from outside the US, your credit card statement will reflect the order value in your local currency (calculated by your bank or credit card company at their exchange rate).

If you have a JitsShop discount code (AKA coupon code / promo code), all you have to do is enter it into the 'discount code' text field in the shopping cart checkout page when you're entering your shipping info. Depending on the destination, some orders may be subject to import duties upon receiving the items. These duties are not always charged, and are determined by your local/national postal service. We try our best to mark your packages with information that will minimize the risk of being charged import duties, but it is sometimes unavoidable. If you do end up getting charged import duties though, that cost is understandably your responsibility and is outside the scope of our control or responsibility.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us directly by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Make sure to include your order details (date, item, order number). We will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and with our service. In general, if you received the wrong item, we will replace it with the right one, or if an item is defective, we will replace it with a new one, and if all else fails, we will process a refund for your payment. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order, as we will generally not replace an item if it is in fact the correct item you ordered and it is not defective. We try to look at returns in as practical a manner as possible - we always want to be fair and reasonable. So if your return request is fair and reasonable, then we've got you covered!
If we have approved a refund for your purchase, we will confirm with you as soon as it's been processed, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method (eg. credit card or PayPal). Your funds will then usually arrive within just 3 to 5 days, if not sooner.

Some items are small-batch or limited-run, so once they are sold out, then that's it (but we always make that very clear in the product description if that's the case). Each and every one of our beautifully crafted hats, comes with a label that indicates how it should be properly cleaned in order to last you as long as possible! Some hats are to be hand washed only, while other can be washed according to the specific intrusions on the label.
