Most of the items we sell ship with tracking service, and so we generally provide you with your order tracking info as soon as your order has shipped. But before you email us requesting the tracking info for your order, please first check your inbox to see if you have already received an automated shipment notification email from us (from info@peachyhats specifically), which will, in most cases, already provide you with your tracking info, along with a direct link to your package tracking. Alternatively, you can check our order tracking page HERE. All you have to do is enter your order number and your email address, and if your order has tracking, the system will display the progress and status of your order in real-time.
If you have just finished placing your order and we have not yet shipped it out because we are still processing your order, then tracking info does not yet exist for your shipment... but rest assured, your tracking number will be generated soon, at which point you will receive an automated shipment notification email from info@peachyhats.com with your shipment confirmation and relevant details.
* NOTE: Some select items ship via carriers or services that unfortunately don't offer tracking. In those cases, we are at the mercy of your country's postal service, and must simply play the waiting game. In our experience, although these specific service methods can sometimes take a little while to get your item to you, they are always reliable.
